To ensure everyone enjoys the performance, please observe the following:

① Please register for AnyPASS and issue your ticket in advance, and come to the entrance with the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
② Your digital ticket will be checked at the entrance. Please present the QR code to the staff member yourself.
③ After scanning the QR code, tap the performance displayed under "Events you plan to attend" to view seat information.
[Regarding arrival time and entrance gate]
For this performance, congestion is expected in the merchandise area and entrance starting one hour before the show begins.
Depending on the crowd situation during opening hours, the lines to the entrance gates may become long, and it may take time to enter, potentially preventing you from being seated before the performance begins. The entrance is expected to be particularly crowded 30 minutes before the performance starts, so please allow ample time and arrive early.
Please note that your entrance gate and seat number will be displayed on the AnyPASS app of the ticket purchaser and their companion starting around 3 PM the day before each performance. Please check the displayed gate and proceed accordingly.
Furthermore, for customers planning to purchase merchandise at the venue, we kindly request your cooperation in arriving earlier than the scheduled opening time. Arriving earlier will allow for smoother entry.

*When the batteries are running low, the penlights will not light up properly. We appreciate your cooperation in changing the batteries.
After replacing the batteries, please turn on the power and check yourself beforehand to make sure that the FANLIGHT lights up properly.
*Batteries are sold separately for both online and on-site purchases. Please be sure to prepare them before coming to the venue (we recommend bringing new batteries or spares, rather than used ones).
[Regarding photography, audio recording, and video recording]
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited inside the venue while the doors are open and during the performance.
Taking unauthorized photos or videos is prohibited by law.
If any of these actions are observed, you will be asked to leave the venue, even if the performance is still in progress.
Furthermore, we may disclose personal information as necessary if requested by public institutions such as courts or the police based on laws and regulations.
If you witness any violations, please inform a staff member immediately. We may not be able to take action if you inform us after the performance has ended.
Using mobile phones during the performance is prohibited.
