*Souvenirs will be given to those who attend the performance on the day. Please note that we cannot send them by mail at a later date. Instructions on how to receive your souvenir will be provided at the venue on the day of the performance.
 
■Quantity limit
One ticket per person per performance.
 
[Important Notes Regarding Fan Club Membership Validity Period]
If you win the lottery, you will be required to be an active member at the time of ticket issuance for each performance in order to enter.
If your membership expires before the ticket issuance date for each performance, please be sure to renew your membership (purchase a new membership and make payment).
*Even after the expiration date, you can purchase a "renewal" membership for up to 30 days.
If you forget to renew your membership and your membership is cancelled, you will need to re-register and obtain a new membership number. Please note that if you do not re-register and obtain a new membership number, you will not be able to receive tickets or enter the venue on the day of the performance.
Please note that membership fees and ticket prices are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 
■Regarding identity verification
On the day of the performance, we will verify your identity upon entry. If the information on the electronic ticket app AnyPASS does not match the information on your photo ID, you will not be admitted. Please be sure to bring one of the following photo IDs with you.

*Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you are unable to enter the venue.

This application is on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are a new member, you may not be able to apply even if you complete the procedure after the application period begins. ■ How to receive your tickets
AnyPASS, a smartphone-only app.
*A smartphone compatible with the dedicated smartphone app "AnyPASS" is required to receive the item.
*Tickets can only be received on the mobile phone number registered in the "AnyPASS Ticket Issuance" field of your customer information during application. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number used at the time of purchase.)
You will not be able to receive your tickets on a device with a different mobile phone number, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date. Changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number is not a problem.

★Important Notes for Visitors★
During the performance, please be considerate of other audience members by observing cough etiquette and other appropriate behaviors.
During the performance, please remain in your seat, either standing or seated. Leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward is prohibited.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited inside the venue while the doors are open and during the performance.
Please cooperate with us as we may implement a controlled exit procedure after the performance.
Please check the announcements made inside the venue again on the day of each performance.
 
■Our approach to this performance■
●All personnel involved in the performance will take care of their health by frequently washing their hands and disinfecting their hands.
● We will ensure sufficient distance between the stage and the audience.
●Please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke.
●Bringing in alcoholic beverages, consuming alcohol inside the venue, and entering the venue while intoxicated are prohibited.
●To prevent the spread of infection, we recommend purchasing event merchandise and CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays online through the official websites.
●Pregnant women, those who are pregnant, those with pre-existing medical conditions or underlying health issues, and those who have difficulty traveling alone should consider attending based on their own judgment, prioritizing their own health and the safety of those around them.
●We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for the performers. Please note that we will refuse any such items delivered to the venue or handed directly to the members or staff.
● Any fan-organized cheering events or other activities outside or inside the venue are prohibited as they may disrupt the smooth running of the performance.
