NCT DREAM 's 4th world tour Japan performance "2026 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE> in JAPAN" Aichi Sky Expo performance will be held. We would like to ask for your cooperation and provide some notes regarding concert etiquette.
To ensure that everyone attending the 2026 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE> in JAPAN can enjoy themselves, please observe the following:
 
 
[Entry procedure]
① Please be sure to register for AnyPASS and issue your ticket in advance, and then come to the entrance with the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
② Your digital ticket will be checked at the entrance. Please present your QR code to the staff.
③After scanning the QR code, tap the performance displayed under "Upcoming Events" to display seating information.
 
 
[About arrival time and entrance gate]
At "2026 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE> in JAPAN", congestion is expected to occur at the venue merchandise area and entrance one hour before the start of the show.
Depending on the congestion during opening, the line to the entrance gate may become long, and it may take some time to enter, so you may not be able to be seated in time for the performance to begin. The entrance is expected to be particularly crowded 30 minutes or so before the performance begins, so please allow yourself plenty of time and arrive early.
Please note that the entrance gate and seat number will be displayed on the AnyPASS of the purchaser and accompanying person from around 3:00 PM five days before each performance, so please check and come to the gate displayed.
 
Additionally, for customers who plan to purchase merchandise at the venue, we ask that you arrive earlier than the opening time indicated, as this will allow you to enter smoothly if you arrive earlier than the opening time indicated.
All attendees will be guided through the same entry procedure, so please understand that we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances if you arrive just before the start of the performance and are unable to make it in time for the start of the performance.

Also, due to space limitations, you may be required to sit alongside wheelchair users.
Wheelchairs are not available for rental, so please bring your own.

Each NCT group's OFFICIAL FANLIGHT is a "wireless control light" that can be controlled wirelessly within the venue, allowing you to enjoy a unified lighting effect throughout the venue.
 
Therefore, for the sake of production purposes, the use of lights other than those listed below will be prohibited at LIVE venue for the "2026 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE> in JAPAN" Aichi Sky Expo performance.

*"OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" was renewed in spring 2024.
Please note that for this performance, the old type of OFFICIAL FANLIGHT is also compatible with "wireless control," so you can use both the old and new types of OFFICIAL FANLIGHT.
Please note that for performances held after this one, it may not be possible to bring in the old type of FANLIGHT depending on whether or not the "wireless control" setting can be implemented.
 
Before attending this performance, please be sure to update your "OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" firmware to the latest version.
 
*You may bring the light sticks that were sold at past NCT Japan performances, but for the sake of the performance of "2026 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE> in JAPAN", we ask that you use the lights in an off state. Please note that you will not be able to enjoy the remote control function during the performance.
 
 
■ FANLIGHTHow to replace the battery


*When the batteries run out, the penlight will not produce beautiful colors. We ask for your cooperation in changing the batteries.
After replacing the battery, please turn on the power and check in advance that the FANLIGHT lights up properly.
* Batteries will be sold separately for both online and at-venue sales. Please be sure to prepare them before coming to the event (we recommend bringing new or spare batteries rather than used batteries).
* Any defects in the penlight itself will be handled at the merchandise sales point.
In addition, the performance will be fully controlled, and there is no need to register seats in advance through the SMTOWN app.
 
[About photography, audio and video recording]
Photography, recording, and filming are prohibited inside the venue during opening hours and performances.
Voyeurism is prohibited by law.
If any of these behaviors are observed, you will be asked to leave the venue even if it is during the performance.
In addition, if we receive an inquiry based on laws and regulations from a public institution such as a court or police, we may disclose personal information as necessary.
If you notice any violations, please inform a member of staff immediately. Please note that we may not be able to take action if you inform us after the performance has ended.
 
The use of mobile phones during the performance is prohibited.
If you must use it, please do so in the lobby.
Additionally, please note that if you are holding or operating a smartphone during a performance, staff may ask you to do so.
 
Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff. The organizers will not be held responsible for any confusion or accidents that occur if you do not follow them.
Cameras will be checked upon entry on the day of the event. If you have a camera, please hand it over to an attendant.
 
In recent years, there have been cases of unscrupulous businesses selling photos taken without permission outside the venue and around train stations. These products are illegal and do not have official permission. Please be careful not to purchase them. The organizers are taking measures such as reporting these to the police, but as long as there are people purchasing them, it is not possible to completely prevent illegal activity. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
 
[Regarding ticket resale and transfer]
Selling or transferring tickets to a third party for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The organizers, organizers, and official distributors cannot be held responsible for any problems related to tickets obtained through unauthorized sales channels.
If it is confirmed that an item has been listed or purchased on an auction site or social media, both the seller and the buyer will be denied entry.
Additionally, if any resale or transfer of tickets is discovered, regardless of the method or reason, you will be denied entry.
 
Please note that even if you are denied entry, we will not refund the ticket price or any other fees.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy the performance with peace of mind, please refrain from purchasing or transferring tickets that have been illegally resold.
 
To prevent fraud, you may be asked to show identification upon entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 
[Seats]
We will not be able to accept any inquiries regarding seats, refunds, complaints, or seat transfers.
In addition, ignoring the seat number and moving to another seat is prohibited.
 
Please refrain from running towards the stage or pushing forward as this may lead to unexpected injury.
 
[About bringing support goods to the tour venue]
As a general rule, customers are prohibited from bringing in any cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.), regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, they may be brought into the venue only in the following cases:
(1) Official merchandise sold at NCT DREAM concert venues in Japan and at their Korean concerts
(2) A fan that can be held in your hand at chest height (fans that are too large are prohibited)
 
*Please note that cheering goods cannot be held above chest height during the performance as this will cause inconvenience to customers behind you.
In addition, bringing in support goods that use images of artists other than those listed in (1) is prohibited.
 
On the day of the performance, if you bring in any goods that do not meet the conditions for bringing them in, staff will keep them when you enter and return them to you after the performance.
Please use any items you are allowed to bring in as long as it does not cause inconvenience to other customers.
 
Additionally, some people have been producing, selling, and distributing goods that use the "NCT DREAM" logo or images of our artists without permission. These are not official goods, but illegal copyright infringements. Some people mistake these for official goods, so we ask that you refrain from producing, selling, distributing, or purchasing them.
 
[Regarding your own support plans]
We have seen cases where customers are calling for their own plans within the event.
Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances as it may disrupt the performance.
Please note that if the situation becomes too severe, the performance may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.
 
*Please note that if the above precautions are not followed, the organizer may, at their discretion, ask you to leave the venue or prohibit you from entering the venue.
 
 
[Prohibition of following and waiting for performers]
・Prohibition of chasing others by public transport, car or motorcycle
Chasing members' cars may result in accidents involving other customers. It is also extremely inconvenient, so please refrain from doing so.
 
・Waiting at public transport or facilities (airports, hotels, etc.) is prohibited
Waiting for the band members at public transportation facilities such as airports or hotels, or at various facilities, may result in accidents involving ordinary customers who are not related to the band members. This will also be extremely inconvenient, so please refrain from doing so.
 
 
The attitude of each and every participant will contribute to the success of the live performance.
