We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support for NCT WISH.
In preparation for the “NCT WISH 1st CONCERT TOUR INTO THE WISH: Our WISH in JAPAN,” we would like to once again ask for your cooperation and share important notes regarding concert etiquette.
Most fans enjoy the concert responsibly, but some have engaged in serious rule-breaking or inappropriate actions.
To ensure everyone can enjoy “NCT WISH 1st CONCERT TOUR INTO THE WISH: Our WISH in JAPAN,” please follow the guidelines below.
Regarding Ticket Resale and Transfer:
Tickets may not be sold or transferred to third parties for profit under any circumstances.
Any trouble caused by tickets obtained from non-official sources is not the responsibility of the organizer, management, or official sellers.
If tickets are found being sold or purchased on auction sites or social media, both the seller and buyer will be denied entry.
Entry will also be refused if any ticket resale or transfer is discovered, for any reason or method.
Please note that even if entry is denied, ticket fees will not be refunded.
Please avoid buying or transferring tickets from unauthorized sources so that everyone can enjoy the show safely.
To prevent fraud, you may be asked to present ID upon entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
About Seating:
We are unable to accept any inquiries, refund requests, complaints, or seat change requests related to seating assignments.
Changing seats without permission is also not allowed.
Please avoid rushing toward the stage or surging forward, as this may result in injury.
Regarding Photography, Audio, and Video Recording:
Photography, audio recording, and video recording inside the venue during entry and throughout the performance are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized filming is prohibited by law.
If any of these actions are observed, you may be asked to leave the venue even during the performance.
We may disclose personal information to public authorities (courts/police) if legally requested.
If you witness any violations, please inform a staff member immediately. Reports made after the performance may not be addressed.
Use of mobile phones during the performance is prohibited.
If you must use your phone, please do so in the lobby.
Additionally, if you are seen using your smartphone during the performance, staff may ask you to stop. Thank you for your understanding.
Please follow all instructions from staff. The organizer is not responsible for any confusion or accidents if instructions are ignored.
A camera check will be conducted at entry. Guests bringing cameras will be asked to leave them with staff.
In recent years, there have been cases of unauthorized photos being sold outside the venue or near stations. These items are illegal and not approved by the organizers. Please do not purchase them. While the organizers are taking measures such as reporting to the police, illegal activity cannot be completely prevented as long as people buy these items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Regarding Bringing Fan Goods to the Concert:
Bringing in items such as glow sticks, flags, or message boards is generally prohibited, whether they are homemade or store-bought.
However, you may bring such items into the venue only in the cases listed below.
(1) Official merchandise sold at NCT WISH’s concerts held in Japan, as well as official merchandise that was sold at their concerts in Korea.
(2) Handheld fans that can be held and used for cheering at chest height, as long as they are not excessively large.
* Please do not hold items above chest height during the performance, as this may obstruct the view of the guests behind you
Additionally, bringing items that use images of any artists other than those listed in (1) is prohibited.
If you bring items that do not meet the conditions for entry on the day of the show, they will be held by staff at the entrance and returned to you after the concert.
Please use any permitted items in a way that does not disturb other guests.
We have noticed that some individuals are producing, selling, or distributing goods that use the NCT WISH logo or images of the artists without permission. These are not official merchandise and constitute copyright infringement. Since some people may mistake them for official goods, we kindly ask that you do not produce, sell, distribute, or purchase such items.
Rules Regarding Following or Waiting for Artists Outside the Venue:
・Do not follow artists by train, bus, car, or motorcycle.
Chasing the members’ vehicles can lead to accidents involving other people and causes serious inconvenience. Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.
・Do not wait for artists at transportation hubs and facilities (airports, hotels, etc.)
Waiting for artists at airports, hotels, or other public facilities can lead to accidents involving unrelated guests and causes significant inconvenience. Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.
If the above rules are not followed, or if staff determine that your behavior is disrupting the performance, you may be asked to leave the venue.
Please note that failure to comply may also result in being barred from participating in any future events.
If you witness any violations or misconduct, please inform the nearest staff member.
If dangerous behavior continues during the performance, the concert may be suspended or canceled.
Please note that any injuries caused by dangerous actions are your own responsibility. The organizers, venue, and performers cannot be held responsible.
