After setting up the stage and conducting on-site testing, we were able to open up some additional equipment seats.

■ Number limit
Only one ticket per person per performance
 
[Notes regarding fan club expiration date]
You will be required to be a valid member at the time of ticket issuance for each performance in order to enter.
If your membership validity period is about to expire by the time tickets for each performance are issued, please be sure to complete the renewal procedure (purchase membership = make payment).
*You can still purchase a "continued" membership up to 30 days after the expiration date.
If you forget to renew your membership and end up cancelling your membership, you will need to rejoin and obtain a new membership number. Please note that if you do not rejoin or obtain a new membership number, you will not be able to issue tickets or enter the venue on the day of the performance.
Please note that we cannot refund membership fees or ticket prices under any circumstances.
 
■About identity verification
On the day of the performance, we will check your identity when you enter the venue. If the information on the electronic ticket app AnyPASS is different from the information on your photo ID, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. Please be sure to bring the photo ID listed below.

■How to receive your tickets
Smartphone app "AnyPASS"
*To receive your gift, you will need a smartphone that supports the "AnyPASS" smartphone app.
*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive tickets on a device with a different mobile phone number. There is no problem with changing your mobile phone model while keeping the same phone number.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will have with you on the day of the performance.
*Each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter this performance.

★Notes for visitors★
-During the performance, we ask for your cooperation in being considerate of those around you, including by observing coughing etiquette.
・During the performance, please watch from your seat, either standing or sitting. Leaving your seat, running forward, leaning forward, etc. is prohibited.
- On the day of each performance, please check the announcements made in the venue again.
・ After the performance, there will be regulated exits to avoid crowding at the exits, so please remain seated until instructed by an attendant.
 
■Initiatives for this performance■
●All people involved in the performance will be required to take care of their health by washing their hands frequently and disinfecting their hands.
●A sufficient distance will be maintained between the stage and the audience seats.
●If you smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.
●Bringing alcohol, drinking alcohol inside the venue, and entering while under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
●To prevent infection, we recommend that you purchase event goods and CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays online through the various official websites.
●Pregnant women, those who may be pregnant, those with chronic or underlying illnesses, and those who have difficulty traveling alone, please consider your own safety and the safety of those around you first and use your own discretion when deciding whether to attend.
●We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, flowers on stands, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will not be able to accept gifts delivered to the venue or handed directly to the members or staff.
●Independent support projects or other arrangements by customers both inside and outside the venue are prohibited as they may disrupt the running of the performance.
 
■Request to visitors■
●We ask that you please cooperate by disinfecting your hands frequently.
●If there are other customers in the audience or outside the venue, please cooperate with coughing etiquette.
