[About visiting hours and entrance gates]
For "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'", it is expected that congestion will occur in the venue merchandise area and entrance from one hour before the show starts.
Depending on how crowded the venue is when it is open, the line to the entrance gate may be long and it may take time to enter, so you may not be able to be seated in time for the performance. We anticipate that the entrance will be extremely crowded, especially 30 minutes before the show starts, so please arrive early and allow plenty of time.
Please note that the entrance gate and seat numbers will be displayed on AnyPASS for purchasers and accompanying guests from around 3:00 pm five days before each performance, so please check them and go to the displayed gate.

In addition, we would like to inform customers who are planning to purchase goods at the venue that if they arrive earlier than the opening time to make their purchases, they will be able to enter the venue more smoothly. Once again, we ask for your cooperation in arriving earlier than the opening time.
We will guide all visitors through the same procedure when entering the venue, so we will not be held responsible in any way for those who arrive just before the performance starts and are unable to arrive in time for the performance. Thank you for your understanding.

[For those with physical disabilities]
If you would like to view the event in a handicap-only space, please contact the contact information for each performance after issuing your electronic ticket (AnyPASS).
For those who contact us in advance, we will confirm the details at the venue on the day of the event and provide further information. Please note that advance notice is for preparation in order to secure a space, and is not a reservation.
There is a limited amount of handicap space available at the venue, so we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please note.

●You will be guided to the designated area determined by each venue.
Please note that we cannot accommodate your request.
●Please note that you may be asked to confirm at the venue on the day of the event and watch from your own seat.
●Please note that we will only allow one person to be accompanied by a caregiver, and basically only for those who would be inconvenient without having a companion with them on a regular basis.
However, the accompanying caregiver must already have a ticket.
Additionally, due to space limitations, you may be asked to view the event side-by-side with someone in a wheelchair.
●Wheelchairs are not available for rental, so please prepare your own.
●If you have a physical disability certificate (type) or a rehabilitation certificate (type), we recommend that you bring it with you on the day of the event, as this will allow us to guide you as smoothly as before.

[About the penlights that can be brought in]
◇◇Request for using “NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT”◇◇
``NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT is a ``wireless control light'' that allows you to operate the light within the venue using wireless control. You can enjoy the lights that are integrated throughout the venue.

Therefore, due to production reasons, the use of lights other than this product is prohibited at the "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'" LIVE venue.

*You may bring in the light sticks sold at past NCT Japan performances, but for the performance of "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'", lights will be turned off due to production reasons. Please use the product in this condition. Please note that you will not be able to enjoy the remote control function for the performance.

(For those who have NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT)
Before coming to this performance, please be sure to update your NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT firmware to the latest version by following the instructions below.

*If you have already updated to the latest firmware, there is no need to update. Pairing only please.
*Downloading the SMTOWN official app is required for pairing and firmware updates.
[If using an iPhone] App Store
https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/smtown-official/id633333205
[If using Android] Google Play
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smtown.smtown.androidapp

*In crowded places such as performance venues, it is extremely difficult to update due to poor radio waves and Bluetooth interference. If you have a FANLIGHT, please download the SMTOWN official app in advance by the day of the performance, and be sure to complete the pairing and update ``before you arrive.''

How to connect FANLIGHT and update firmware

*For ticket seat numbers, please enter the row in "ROW" and the number in "COL".

FANLIGHTbattery replacement method

*When the battery runs out, the penlight will not be colored properly. We appreciate your cooperation in replacing batteries.
After replacing the battery, please turn on the power and check in advance whether "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" lights up normally.
*Batteries are sold separately for both EC sales and venue sales. Please be sure to prepare your batteries before your visit (we recommend using new or spare batteries rather than used batteries).
*FANLIGHT inside and outside each venue support Center will be established. If you have any operational problems on the day, please contact our support center.

[About bringing support goods to the tour venue]
As a general rule, customers are prohibited from bringing in cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.), regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, items may be brought into the venue only in the following cases.
(1) Official goods sold at NCT 127 's live concert venue in Japan and official goods sold at the Korean performance.
(2) A fan that is at chest height and sized so that you can hold it in your hand for cheering (those that are too large are prohibited)

*Please note that cheering goods may not be held above chest height during the performance, as this may inconvenience the audience behind you.
Additionally, it is prohibited to bring in support goods that use images of artists other than (1).

If you have goods that do not meet the requirements for bringing them in on the day of the performance, a staff member will take care of them at the time of entry and return them after the performance.
Please use the goods you are allowed to bring in to the extent that they do not cause inconvenience to other customers.

Please note that if you do not comply with the above, your entry may be restricted or you may be asked to leave the event at the organizer's discretion.

Additionally, there are people who are producing, selling, and distributing goods that use the "NCT 127" logo or images of artists without permission. This is not an official product and is an illegal product that infringes on copyright. Some people may mistake this for an official product, so please do not make, sell, distribute, or purchase it.

[About filming/recording/recording]
It is prohibited by law to take pictures, record videos, or take pictures while the venue is open or during a performance. If you are photographed, recorded, or recorded, you will be asked to leave the venue even during the performance. In addition, personal information may be disclosed if we receive a formal inquiry based on the law from a public institution such as a court or police station.
If you see someone violating the rules nearby, please notify the staff on the spot. It may be difficult to respond even if you contact us after the performance.
Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any confusion or accidents that occur as a result of not following instructions. On the day of the event, we will conduct a camera check at the entrance. If you have one, please leave it with the staff at the time of entry.
In addition, recently there have been malicious businesses selling photos taken with illegal cameras outside the train tracks and around the station. This product is an illegal product that has not been officially approved, so fans are asked not to purchase it. As the organizer, we are taking measures such as reporting the tickets to the police, but as long as there are people who purchase them, we cannot completely prevent illegal acts, so we ask for your cooperation.

[Regarding customer-specific support plans]
We have seen cases where customers are asking for their own plans for events.
Please refrain from doing so as it may interfere with the production of the performance.
If the situation becomes too severe, there is a possibility that the performance may be temporarily suspended or canceled. Please note.

*Please note that if the above precautions are not followed, the person may be asked to leave the venue immediately or be prohibited from entering the venue. Please note that even if you are not a party to the event, the same treatment will be applied to the person who originally purchased the seat.

[About prohibition of chasing and waiting]
・Prohibition of chasing by means of transportation, car, or motorcycle
Chasing a member's car may cause an accident involving other members of the public. Also, please refrain from doing so as it will cause a lot of inconvenience.

・Prohibition of waiting in public transportation/facilities (airports, hotels, etc.)
If you wait at public transportation facilities such as airports and hotels, or at various facilities, there is a possibility that an accident may occur involving ordinary customers who are not related to the members. Also, please refrain from doing so as it will cause a great deal of inconvenience.

The efforts of each and every participant will lead to the success of the live performance.
We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation.
