OFFICIAL FANLIGHT Pairing/firmware update method information
We would like to inform everyone who is attending "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'" which will be held from January 7th (Sunday) on how to pair and update the firmware of the "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" penlight that you can bring with you. We will guide you.
[About the penlights that can be brought in]
◇◇Request for use of "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT"◇◇
"NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" is a "wireless control light" that allows you to control the light within the venue using wireless control. You can enjoy the lights that are integrated throughout the venue.
Therefore, due to production reasons, the use of lights other than this product is prohibited at the "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY : JAPAN - THE UNITY'" LIVE venue.
*You may bring in the light sticks sold at past NCT performances in Japan, but for the performance of "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'", the lights will be turned off for production reasons. Please use it accordingly. Please note that you will not be able to enjoy the remote control function for the performance.

Before coming to this performance, please follow the instructions below to pair your OFFICIAL FANLIGHT and update your firmware to the latest version.
*If you have already updated to the latest firmware, there is no need to update. Pairing only please.
*Downloading the SMTOWN official app is required for pairing and firmware updates.

*In crowded places such as performance venues, it will be extremely difficult to update due to poor radio waves and Bluetooth interference. If you own a FANLIGHT, please download the SMTOWN official app in advance by the day of the performance, and be sure to complete the pairing and update ``before you arrive.''

*When the battery runs out, the penlight will not be colored properly. We appreciate your cooperation in replacing batteries.
After replacing the battery, please turn on the power and check in advance whether the "OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" lights up normally.
*Batteries are sold separately for both EC sales and venue sales. Please be sure to prepare your batteries before your visit (we recommend using new or spare batteries rather than used ones).
*FANLIGHT support centers will be set up inside and outside each venue on the day of the event. If you have any operational problems on the day, please contact our support center.
