■ How to receive your tickets
AnyPASS, a smartphone-only app.
*A smartphone compatible with the dedicated smartphone app "AnyPASS" is required to receive the item.
*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Tickets cannot be received on devices with other mobile phone numbers, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date. Changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number is not a problem.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will be using on the day of the performance.
*For this performance, each person will need one ticket to enter. Please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to your companions.
Please note that tickets held by applicants cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
