■Event Precautions■

The event is free of charge, but participants are responsible for their own transportation costs to the venue.
- For the individual member photo sessions, staff will take the photos using instant cameras. Taking photos with smartphones, SLR cameras, or other equipment is not permitted. Also, please note that we will not retake or re-take photos under any circumstances, except in the case of film malfunction.
We cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses incurred if the event ends late. Furthermore, we cannot refund the product price if you are unable to attend. Please understand this before participating.
If any inappropriate behavior occurs during the event, such as abusive language, insulting remarks, mockery, rude demands, political statements, or any other incident that staff deem necessary to stop the event, your winning entry will be immediately invalidated, and you may be asked to leave. Furthermore, you may be prohibited from participating in any future events. Please understand this in advance.
Please follow the instructions and precautions given by the staff on the day of the event. Failure to do so may result in your participation being refused.

• Staff may touch your shoulder or arm while guiding you. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this.
・With the safety of our customers and artists as our top priority, we may conduct baggage checks or temporary baggage storage for security reasons.
Security guards will be stationed throughout the venue to ensure a safe and secure environment. If you see any suspicious individuals or objects, please inform a nearby security guard.
We will not be held responsible for any problems or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the winners.
Avex Styles Inc. and Avex Music Creative Inc. will not be involved in any disputes between customers regarding winning rights or prizes.

■Prohibitions■
If a winner engages in any of the prohibited actions listed below, Avex Inc. and Avex Music Creative Inc. may cancel the event. The winner agrees not to object to the organizer's decision.
Furthermore, if you violate any of the prohibited items, or if the organizers determine that you are not suitable to participate in any event, we reserve the right to refuse your participation in that event and your future applications.
