If you are upgrading from "All seats reserved" and apply for and win at the Upgrade by drawing lots reception, you will be charged 11,000 yen (tax included) for 1 ticket.
Those who purchased "All seats reserved" at the reception other than NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN Ticket Fastest Advance cannot apply for "Premium seats."
