A campaign has started where 10 lucky people will be chosen to receive an original autographed card A from TEN Japan's 1st mini album "Humanity" by by drawing lots all the songs from the album on iTunes during the campaign period and filling out an application form!

2. Take a screenshot of the download screen!
*When applying, please attach a screenshot showing that you have downloaded all the songs from iTunes to the application form.
3. Enter the required information along with a screenshot of the download screen in the application form below to complete your application!
