Q. What are "Premium Seats"?
A. These are premium seats with luxurious benefits.
This is an upgrade from the reserved seats purchased through the WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Advance Sale.
*Please note that even if WayZenNi-JAPAN 2nd advance sale etc. is held, you will not be eligible for the upgrade by drawing lots.

Q. How much does a "Premium Seat" cost?
A. "Premium Seat" costs 25,600 yen (tax included).
Only members who have won and paid for the "All Seats Reserved" seats in the WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Advance Sale will be able to apply for the upgrade by drawing lots to the "Premium Seats" at a later date.
All seats are reserved and start at 12,800 yen (tax included). If you apply and are selected through the upgrade by drawing lots, the difference in price of 12,800 yen (tax included) will be charged per ticket.
Please note that the only payment method available for the upgrade by drawing lots is credit card.
Details such as how to apply for the upgrade by drawing lots will be announced at a later date.
Q. When can I apply to upgrade from a reserved seat to a "Premium Seat"?
A: As soon as the details are decided, they will be announced on the NCT official website and the WayV Official Fan Club site.
Q. I am not a WayZenNi-JAPAN member, but can I upgrade to a "Premium Seat"?
A. Only WayZenNi-JAPAN members who have won and paid for the "All Seats Reserved" tickets in the WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Advance Sale will be able to apply for by drawing lots to upgrade to the "Premium Seats" at a later date.
If you would like to upgrade, please apply for "all reserved seats" through WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Fastest Advance Sale.
However, accompanying persons do not need to be WayZenNi-JAPAN members.
Even if your accompanying person is not a WayZenNi-JAPAN member, as long as you are a WayZenNi-JAPAN member, you can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots for your non-member accompanying person as well.
Q. I purchased four reserved seats through the WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Advance Sale. Can I upgrade just one of them to a "Premium Seat"?
A. You can only apply for the upgrade by drawing lots with the same number of tickets you purchased in the WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale.
You cannot upgrade only a portion of the tickets.
Q. I don't have a smartphone, can I still upgrade to a "Premium Seat"?
A. Tickets for this performance will be received via the smartphone app "AnyPASS," so if you do not have a smartphone, you will not be able to upgrade to a "Premium Seat."
In addition, your companions will also need to collect their tickets via the electronic ticket "AnyPASS", so they will need a smartphone.
Only those who have one smartphone per person and the number of tickets won and paid for through the WayZenNi-JAPAN Fastest Ticket Pre-sale may apply.
Q. I am a wheelchair user. Can I apply for a premium seat?
A: Yes, you can apply.
If you are selected, you may be able to watch from a "premium seat" after checking your seat. However, due to limited space, you will need to move from your wheelchair to the designated seat to watch the show.
If you purchase a "Premium Seat," your companions who have also purchased tickets can watch from the same area.
Please note that this is not a designated seating area.
Seat changes will not be possible after the performance has begun.
Please note that if the organizers determine that it is difficult to watch from the "premium seats," you may be guided to a space reserved for people with disabilities.
