◇◇Request for use of "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT"◇◇
"NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" is a "wireless control light" that allows you to control the light wirelessly within the venue. You can enjoy the lighting effects that are integrated into the venue.
Therefore, due to the nature of the production, the use of any lights other than this product will be prohibited at the LIVE venue of "2024 NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3 : DREAM( )SCAPE> in JAPAN".
* "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" will be using a new model from this performance.
For this concert, the old type "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" will also be compatible with "wireless control," so you can use both the old and new types of penlights.
Please note that for performances held after this one, it may not be possible to bring in the old type of "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" depending on whether or not the "wireless control" settings can be implemented.
* You may bring in the light sticks that were sold at past NCT Japan performances, but for the sake of the performance of "2024 NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3 : DREAM( )SCAPE> in JAPAN", please use the lights in the off state. Please note that you will not be able to enjoy the remote control function during the performance.

Before attending this performance, please be sure to update your "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" firmware to the latest version by following the instructions below.
*If you have already updated to the latest firmware, there is no need to update. Please just pair the device.
*Downloading the official SMTOWN App is required for pairing and firmware updates.

* In crowded places such as concert venues, it is very difficult to update due to radio wave conditions and Bluetooth interference. If you have "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT", please download the SMTOWN official app in advance on the day of the performance, and be sure to complete pairing and updating "before coming to the venue".
■ How to connect FANLIGHT and update firmware
*For ticket seat number, please enter the row in "ROW" and the number in "COL".
■ FANLIGHTbattery replacement method
*When the batteries run out, the penlight will no longer emit beautiful colors. We ask for your cooperation in changing the batteries.
After replacing the batteries, please turn on the power and check in advance to make sure that "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" lights up normally.
* Dry batteries are sold separately for both EC sales and at the venue. Please be sure to prepare them before coming to the venue (we recommend preparing new or spare batteries rather than used batteries).
*There will be FANLIGHT support centers set up inside and outside each venue. Please contact the support centers if you have any operational issues on the day.
