Q. How much does the "Premium Seat" cost?
A. "Premium Seat" costs 25,600 yen (tax included).
For Premium Seats, only members who have won and paid for "All Reserved Seats" with NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN tickets at the earliest opportunity will be able to apply for by drawing lots to upgrade to "Premium Seats" at a later date.
 
The upgrade price starts from 12,800 yen (tax included) for all reserved seats, and if you apply and win at the upgrade by drawing lots reception, you will be charged the difference in price of 12,800 yen (tax included) for each ticket.
Please note that the only payment method for the upgrade by drawing lots reception is credit card. Please note.
Details such as how to apply for the upgrade by drawing lots will be announced at a later date.

Q. I am not an NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN member, can I upgrade to "Premium Seat"?
A. Only NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN members who have won and paid for "All Reserved Seats" through the fastest NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN tickets will be able to apply for by drawing lots to upgrade to "Premium Seats" at a later date. .
If you would like to upgrade, please apply for "all reserved seats" at the earliest NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN ticket.
However, the accompanying person does not need to be an NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN member.
Even if the accompanying person is not an NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN member, if the applicant is an NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN member, the non-member accompanying person can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots at once.
 
Q. I purchased 4 NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN tickets with the fastest advance ticket and all reserved seats. Can I upgrade just one seat to a "premium seat"?
A. At the upgrade by drawing lots reception, you can only apply for the number of NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN tickets purchased in the earliest advance.
It is not possible to upgrade only part of the quantity.
 
Q. I don't have a smartphone, can I upgrade to a "Premium Seat"?
A. Tickets for this performance will be received using the smartphone app "AnyPASS," so if you do not have a smartphone, you will not be able to upgrade to "Premium Seat."
Additionally, your companions will also need a smartphone, as they will need to receive their tickets using the electronic ticket "AnyPASS."
Only those who have one smartphone per person can apply for the number of NCTzen DREAM-JAPAN tickets that were won and deposited in the fastest advance ticket.
 
Q. I am a wheelchair user, can I apply for a premium seat?
A. You can apply.
If you are selected, you will be able to confirm your seat and view the show in a "premium seat," but as space is limited, you will need to move from your wheelchair to your designated seat.
If you have a "Premium Seat", your companion who also purchased a ticket can also view the show in the same area.
Please note that this is not a designated seating area.
Seat changes cannot be made after the performance has started.
If the organizer determines that it is difficult to view using the "Premium Seats", we may direct you to a handicap-only space. Please note.
