[About arrival time and entrance gate]
For "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'", congestion is expected to occur at the merchandise area and entrance one hour before the start of the show.
Depending on how busy the venue is during opening hours, the line to the entrance gate may become long and it may take time to enter, so you may not be able to be seated in time for the performance to begin. The entrance is expected to be particularly busy 30 minutes or so before the start of the performance, so please give yourself plenty of time and arrive early.
Please note that the entrance gate and seat number will be displayed on the AnyPASS of the purchaser and accompanying person from around 3:00 p.m. five days before each performance, so please check and come to the gate displayed.

Also, for customers who plan to purchase goods at the venue, we would like to ask for your cooperation in arriving at the venue earlier than the opening time announced, as this will enable you to enter smoothly if you arrive earlier than the opening time announced.
All attendees will be guided through the same entry procedure. Therefore, please note that we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for those who arrive just before the start of a performance and are unable to make it on time for the start of the performance.

[About penlights that can be brought in]
◇◇Request for use of "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT"◇◇
"NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT is a "wireless control light" that allows you to control the light wirelessly within the venue. You can enjoy the lighting effects that are integrated into the venue.

Therefore, due to the nature of the performance, the use of any lights other than this product will be prohibited at the "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'" LIVE venue.

* You can bring in the light sticks that were sold at past NCT Japan shows, but for the sake of the performance of "NCT 127 3RD TOUR 'NEO CITY: JAPAN - THE UNITY'", please use them with the lights off. Please note that you will not be able to enjoy the remote control function during the performance.

(For those who have NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT)
Before coming to this performance, please be sure to update your NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT firmware to the latest version by following the instructions below.

*If you have already updated to the latest firmware, there is no need to update. Pairing only please.
*Downloading the official SMTOWN App is required for pairing and firmware updates.
[If you are using an iPhone] App Store

[If using Android] Google Play

*In crowded places such as concert venues, it is very difficult to update due to radio wave conditions and Bluetooth interference. If you have a FANLIGHT device, please download the SMTOWN official app before the day of the concert and be sure to complete pairing and updating before arriving at the venue.

FANLIGHTLinking and firmware update method

*For ticket seat number, please enter the row in "ROW" and the number in "COL".

■ How to replace FANLIGHTbatteries

*When the batteries run out, the penlight will not emit bright colors. We ask for your cooperation in changing the batteries.
After replacing the battery, please turn on the power and check in advance whether "NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" lights up normally.
* Dry batteries are sold separately for both EC sales and at the venue. Please be sure to prepare them before coming to the venue (we recommend preparing new or spare batteries rather than used batteries).
*There will be FANLIGHT support centers set up inside and outside each venue. Please contact the support centers for any operational issues you may have on the day.

[About bringing support goods to the tour venue]
As a general rule, customers are prohibited from bringing in cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.), regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, they may be brought into the venue only if they meet the following conditions:
(1) Official merchandise sold at NCT 127 concert venues in Japan and official merchandise sold at their concerts in Korea
(2) A fan that can be held in the hand at chest height (fans that are too large are prohibited)

*Please refrain from holding cheering goods above chest height during the performance as this will cause inconvenience to customers behind you.
In addition, bringing in support goods using images of artists other than those listed in (1) is prohibited.

On the day of the performance, if you bring in any goods that do not meet the conditions for bringing them in, staff will keep them when you enter and return them to you after the performance.
Please use the goods you are allowed to bring in to the extent that they do not cause inconvenience to other customers.

Please note that if you do not abide by the above rules, the organizers may decide to restrict your entry or ask you to leave the event.

In addition, some people have been producing, selling, and distributing goods that use the "NCT 127" logo or images of artists without permission. These are not official goods, but illegal goods that infringe copyrights. Some people mistake these for official goods, so please refrain from producing, selling, distributing, or purchasing them.

[About photographing, recording, and filming]
It is prohibited by law to take photographs, audio or video recordings inside the venue during opening hours or during a performance. If you take photographs, audio or video recordings, you will be asked to leave even if the performance is still in progress. In addition, we may disclose personal information if we receive a formal inquiry from a public institution such as a court or police station based on the law.
If you see someone violating the rules nearby, please notify the staff on the spot. It may be difficult to respond even if you contact us after the performance.
Please follow the instructions of the staff. The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any confusion or accidents that occur as a result of not following the instructions. Cameras will be checked at the entrance on the day of the event. If you have a camera, please hand it over to the staff when you enter.
Additionally, there have been unscrupulous vendors recently selling illegally taken photos outside the venue and around train stations. These products are illegal and do not have official permission, so we ask fans not to purchase them. As the organizers, we are taking measures such as reporting them to the police, but as long as there are people who purchase them, we cannot completely prevent illegal activity, so we ask for your cooperation.

[Regarding customer-specific support projects]
We have seen cases where customers are calling for their own planning within the event.
Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances as it may disrupt the performance.
Please note that if the situation is extremely severe, the performance may be temporarily suspended or canceled.

*Please note that if the above precautions are not observed, the person may be asked to leave the venue or be prohibited from entering the venue. Even if you are not a party to the event, we will take the same measures against the person who originally purchased the seat.

[About prohibition of chasing and waiting]
- Prohibition of chasing others by public transport, car or motorbike
Chasing members' cars etc. may result in accidents involving other customers. It is also very nuisance, so please refrain from doing so.

・Do not wait at public transport or facilities (airports, hotels, etc.)
Waiting for the band members at public transport facilities such as airports and hotels, or at various facilities, may result in accidents involving general customers who are not related to the band members. This is also a major inconvenience, so please refrain from doing so.

The attitude of each and every participant will contribute to the success of the live performance.
We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation.
