In addition, there is a possibility that the sound of the equipment is annoying, and the sound is difficult to hear.

The perception of being unable to see, hear, or be bothered varies from person to person, so please make sure you are satisfied that this will not be a problem before purchasing.

 

■How to receive your tickets

Smartphone dedicated application "AnyPASS"

* You will need a smartphone that supports the smartphone app "AnyPASS" to receive it.

*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)

Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive tickets on devices with other mobile phone numbers. There is no problem with changing your mobile phone model while keeping the same phone number.

*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will have with you on the day of the performance.

*For this performance, each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter, so please share tickets with your companions using AnyPASS.

Please note that tickets held by applicants cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.

When a companion receives a ticket, the companion must also download AnyPASS and register for use (free of charge).

When applying, please make sure that all participants of this performance have a smartphone with the following compatible OS and that SMS authentication is available.

*If you arrive without having received your tickets, it may take some time before you can enter.

Please be sure to distribute tickets, register AnyPASS for your companions, and collect your tickets before arriving.

*Tickets purchased on behalf of another person cannot be distributed or transferred to another person. If tickets for the same performance date and time are purchased multiple times under the same name and phone number, each ticket will remain in the possession of the purchaser.

Any remaining tickets can only be used by the person who purchased them. Please note that they cannot be used by anyone else to enter the venue.

*Only if your accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, they will be required to present identification and provide their name, contact information, etc. on the day of the performance before being admitted. Admission will be granted only after the applicant and all accompanying persons are present.

Please note that you may not be able to enter if you do not present identification or if you are not a minor.

★ Notes on visiting ★

- During the performance, we ask for your cooperation in being considerate of other customers, including by observing coughing etiquette.

・During the performance, please watch either standing or sitting in your seat. Leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward is prohibited.

・Please be advised that we may ask for your cooperation as we may have to restrict the exit of the venue after the performance.

- On the day of each performance, please double check the announcements made in the venue.

 

 

■ Efforts of this performance ■

All tickets for this performance will be handled as electronic tickets (AnyPASS). When entering, please operate your smartphone by yourself under the instructions of the staff.

●We will strive to maintain health by encouraging all people involved in the performance to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their fingers.

● We will secure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience seats.

●If you smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.

●It is prohibited to bring alcohol into the venue, drink alcohol inside the venue, or enter the venue while under the influence of alcohol.

●For sales of concert goods and CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays, we recommend that you purchase them online from various official sites to prevent infection.

● For pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those who have chronic illnesses or underlying illnesses, those who have difficulty acting alone, etc. Please consider visiting based on your judgment.

●We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will not be able to deliver it directly to members or staff if it arrives at the venue.

●Customers' own support projects outside and inside the venue may interfere with the operation of the performance, so it is prohibited.
