■How to receive your tickets
Smartphone app "AnyPASS"
*To receive your gift, you will need a smartphone that supports the "AnyPASS" smartphone app.
*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive tickets on a device with a different mobile phone number. There is no problem with changing your mobile phone model while keeping the same phone number.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will have with you on the day of the performance.
*For this performance, each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter, so please distribute tickets to your companions using AnyPASS.
Please note that tickets purchased from applicants cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
When your companion collects their ticket, they will also need to download AnyPASS and register to use it (free of charge).
When applying, please make sure that all participants of this performance have a smartphone with the following compatible OS and SMS authentication capabilities.
*If you arrive without having received your tickets, it may take some time before you can enter.
Please be sure to distribute your tickets and register your companions for AnyPASS and collect their tickets before arriving at the venue.
*If you purchase tickets for the same performance date and time multiple times under the same name and phone number, each ticket will remain in your possession for each purchaser.
Any remaining tickets can only be used by the person who purchased them. Please note that they cannot be used by anyone else to enter the venue.
*Only if the accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, they will be required to show ID and provide their name, contact information, etc. on the day of the performance before entering. Entry will be allowed only after the applicant and all accompanying persons are present.
Please note that you may not be able to enter if you do not show identification or if you are not a minor.
Further details will be provided to purchasers once ticket issuance begins.
 
Please note that those who do not meet the above conditions will not be allowed to enter.

What is SMS authentication?
SMS authentication (logging in with a mobile phone number) is a personal authentication mechanism that utilizes SMS (Short Message Service).

★Notes for visitors★
-During the performance, we ask for your cooperation in being considerate of those around you, including by observing coughing etiquette.
・For customers in the standing area, please refrain from wearing high heels or thick soles as they are very dangerous and may step on other customers' feet and cause serious injury. Also, please refrain from wearing sandals or other items that expose your body and may cause injury if stepped on.
・For customers with reserved seats, please watch the performance while standing or sitting in your seat. Leaving your seat, running forward, leaning forward, etc. is prohibited.
・After the performance, we may regulate exits to avoid crowding at the exits, so please cooperate.
- On the day of each performance, please check the announcements made in the venue again.
 
■Initiatives for this performance■
●A sufficient distance will be maintained between the stage and the audience seats.
●If you smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.
●Bringing alcohol, drinking alcohol inside the venue, and entering while under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
●To prevent infection, we recommend that you purchase concert goods and CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays online through the various official websites.
●Pregnant women, those who may be pregnant, those with chronic or underlying illnesses, and those who have difficulty traveling alone, please consider your own safety and the safety of those around you first and use your own discretion when deciding whether to attend.
●We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, flowers on stands, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will not be able to accept gifts delivered to the venue or handed directly to the members or staff.
●Independent support projects or other arrangements by customers both inside and outside the venue are prohibited as they may disrupt the running of the performance.
 
■Request to visitors■
●We ask that you please cooperate by disinfecting your hands frequently.
●If there are other customers in the audience or outside the venue, please cooperate with coughing etiquette.
●Please note that staff will contact customers who appear to be unwell. We also ask for your understanding that, depending on the circumstances, you may be refused entry to the venue.
