① From 2 hours before the opening time on the day of each performance, a digital questionnaire will be displayed on AnyPASS of the purchaser and the companion who received the ticket distribution, so please answer.
If you have not answered, the QR code will not be displayed, so please be sure to register AnyPASS, distribute it to your companion, and answer the questionnaire before you come to the venue.
(2) Measure the temperature with a non-contact thermometer and disinfect the fingers.
Customers with temperatures above 37.5 ° C will be re-measured by a medical check and may be refused admission at the discretion of the nurse.
③ We will confirm the digital ticket. Customers are requested to hold the QR code over the terminal installed at the venue.
 
■ Efforts of this performance ■
● All tickets for this performance will be handled as electronic tickets (AnyPASS). When entering the venue, please operate your smartphone by yourself under the direction of the staff.
● We will encourage all people involved in the performance to wear masks, wash their hands diligently, and disinfect their fingers, and will thoroughly measure the temperature to manage their health.
● We will thoroughly disinfect the parts of the venue where you can touch, such as handrails and doorknobs.
● We will thoroughly ventilate the venue.
● We will secure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience seats.
● Marks will be set up so that visitors can line up at a distance in places where alignment is required.
● Acrylic boards and transparent sneeze guards will be installed in places where face-to-face contact with visitors is required to prevent droplet infection.
● Disinfectants will be installed in various places in the venue.
● We will set up information boards regarding infection prevention and call for infection prevention by patrol staff.
● Smoking areas in the venue will be closed.
● Bringing in alcohol, drinking alcohol in the venue, and being drunk are prohibited.
● For concert goods and CD / DVD sales, we recommend purchasing from various official websites on the Internet to prevent infection.
On the day of the performance, we will carry out line-up sales to prevent crowding and install transparent sneeze guards, etc. to prevent splash infection.
● We do not accept gifts, celebration flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will not accept your request if it arrives at the venue.
● For pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those who have chronic illnesses or underlying illnesses, those who have difficulty acting alone, etc. Please consider visiting based on your judgment.
● A temperature gauge will be set up at each entrance to measure the body temperature of visitors with a non-contact thermometer. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, the temperature will be measured again at the designated waiting area, and if there is no change in body temperature, you will be refused admission.
● If there is a high risk of infection such as the close condition of the customer in the venue, the staff may speak to you, so we ask for your cooperation.

● Please note that the staff will speak to customers who are found to be in poor physical condition. In addition, please note that we will refuse admission to the venue depending on the situation.

● We will check the temperature and health of all staff and related parties.

● To prevent droplet infection, we recommend wearing a mask and face shield.
● We will diligently disinfect your hands and fingers when you enter the venue.
● We will also check the temperature and health of the performers. You are required to wear a mask except when performing. We also recommend wearing a face shield, but we will also oblige you to wear it if necessary.
